"Harmonic Hormones: The Art of Balance" (2024) explores emotional experience through rows of faces drawn in spare lines. Small changes in the eyes, eyebrows, and mouths give each face a different expression, turning a repeated form into a record of shifting moods.

The orderly arrangement contrasts with the variation within it. In the context of hormonal change and reproductive care, this tension reflects the effort of maintaining an outward sense of balance while feelings shift beneath the surface. Repetition gives space to the cyclical, often unseen emotional labor at the center of the work.

The drawing was exhibited alongside "Chronicles of Her: A Mosaic of Womanhood." Where the companion painting approaches reproductive responsibility through language and material, this work focuses on expression. The shared exhibition photographs document their dialogue and the visitors viewing them together.
